Copyright and Licensing
Emeron Journal retains the copyright of published articles. In order to be published, authors must declare authorship of the work (Declaration of Responsibility) and agree to the Copyright Assignment Agreement (Transfer of Copyright) to Emeron Journal. The journal grants third parties the right to use, reproduce, and share the article.
The author(s) who submit(s) an article for publication in Emeron Journal must guarantee and declare:
- The article is unpublished and has not been previously published in preprint repositories or other forms of publication that may compromise the originality of the manuscript, nor is it currently under review by any other journal.
- The article is original, except for citations from other published works.
- The data underlying the text (data, program codes, and other materials) are not available to the public, as such disclosure would undermine the triple-blind peer review system.
- That your attitude(s) is (are) in line with the Emeron Journal Code of Ethics, of which you are fully aware, and with the codes of ethical conduct for the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge, which are references at the national and international levels.
