Abstract

The present study sought to investigate the factors related to the success and failure of the social reintegration of the judicial patient in Rondônia, based on the individual, family and psychosocial care network. In the study, a sociodemographic questionnaire will be used to know the characteristics of the participants and their families. The intersection between crime and mental disorder and psychosocial care will be explored through scales and qualitative interviews with deinstitutionalized people, their families and care from the psychosocial care network in Rondônia. For this purpose, two empirical studies were carried out. The first study aimedn to present an overview of the psychosocial profile of the Security Measures of the state of Rondônia / Brazil, deinstitutionalized in the period from 2013 to 2016 as well as the methodology and samples used. The results showed that the safety measures participating in the research are 100% male, single, aged between 25 and 55 years, literate, incomplete elementary school, without professional specialization and not contributing to social security and were hospitalized for the violation of the articles 121 (homicide), article 157 (armed robbery) and article 155 (theft), with measures imposed higher than three years ago and were hospitalized for more than five years. In this scenario, it was identified that families were unable to cover all the services provided for in mental health care, and they can mention Primary Health Care and the social facilities of each territory. Study 2 investigated the factors related to the success, or failure, of the social reinsertion of the Rondônia Security Measures deinstitutionalized from 2013 to 2016, based on the analysis of family determinants, the psychosocial and individual care network. The results indicated that the process of social reinsertion of security measures in Rondônia, which took place more than five years ago, is still restricted to the delivery of medications in the five psychosocial care centers evaluated, making the family burden in patient care not diminishing. over the years. The set of articles that make up this thesis contributed to clarify that care for people in compliance with security measures, deinstitutionalized after a long period in prison, needs attention from public policies of primary care and psychosocial monitoring in all phases of the criminal process , with the individualization of the penalty on a case-by-case basis, with support for the caregivers / family members who will receive their family member, emphasizing those 18 who have comorbidity with the dependence on psychoactive substances, capable of easing the family burden.
